Welome to all Year 11s from South Bristol.  Now is the time that you should be thinking of life beyond school and what you will be doing in September.  One of your choices would be to join us at the South West Bristol Post 16 Centre - Located just behind Ashton Park School!  I hope you enjoy browsing these pages but if they do not answer your questions do not hesitate to ring for a chat.

I am pleased to say that we have now moved into our new Post 16 Centre with fantastic facilities for students and staff.  You will be amazed at the ICT facilities, Learning Resource Centre, the Common Room and adjoining sports facilities including our gym.

Our Year 12 students have settled well into Post 16 life and students who have joined us from Bedminster Down, Brightstow Academy (Portway), The Bridge (Hartcliffe) and The Merchants Academy (Withywood) all now feel at home.  Students in year 12 have already organised social events including a Casino evening BBQ's, Halloween and Christmas party, Skiing to the French Alpes and an expedition to Kenya next summer.  They have sucessfully applied for academic awards including Nutfield Bursaries and we have also produced our first group of FA Level 1 football coaches.  Year 13's have now completed their UCAS applications and are receiving offers and interviews.
