Personal Tutors and Reports
Personal TutorsYou will have a Personal Tutor, who is probably the most important person you will meet in your time here. You will rely on your tutor for information, advice and help about your work, personal matters and your future.
In partnership with your Personal Tutor you will write a Personal Individual Action Plan.
In the first half term of your studies you will be given a set of predicted scores based on your GCSE grades. This will give you, your parents and your tutor an indication of your academic potential.
Throughout your course your subject teachers will assess your progress and feed the information to your tutor.
Together you and your tutor will chart your achievement against your predicted score. If you are fulfilling your potential or exceeding our expectations, expect a great deal of praise and reward.
If you are underachieving we will identify why and put into action a plan to ensure you get back on track.
Your parents will always be informed of your progress.
